Below are our standard terms and conditions for education institutions. Please read them carefully before purchasing products or using data on this website.

All prices on this website are in U.S.A. Dollars (US$). All charges will be billed to the customer in U.S. dollars.
We are happy to accept purchase orders. You will be invoiced when your order is shipped. Payment will be due in full within 30 days (net 30). If you wish to pay by credit card instead of by check, we accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Orders: Please allow two weeks for your order to be processed and delivered.

For international orders, we ship via USPS Global Priority Mail Service or Federal Express International Priority. If requested, we will supply a tracking number for you to track your shipment online..
Import, Customs Duties, and Taxes
International shipping and handling costs that are charged to your credit card do not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment.
We will accept returns of books and/or business plan software within a reasonable time following the start of the class and when you have determined that your sales for the class are at an end. Returns will not be accepted on earlier book editions or software versions unless the revisions take place during the current semester.
All returns must be in original condition. Damaged goods will not be refunded.
Before making a return, please telephone or fax us with your return request. Your communication should contain the following information:
· Billing/purchaser name and address
· Fax number
· Invoice number w/description and price of product being returned
· Reason for returning the product
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of your returns, you will be issued a credit memo. If you prefer a refund by check, please make that request.
If you wish to obtain a refund for a product delivered electronically, you must email or call us within 14 days stating:
· Your name,
· E-mail address,
· Description of product being returned
· Reason for returning the product, and
· Attest that all copies of the product have been deleted from your electronic storage system and that you have not given the product to anyone else.
