How do I know if the AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN software will work on my computer? Is it safe to submit my credit card information online? Once I download your software, how do I get it running on my computer? What is included with the downloadable version of AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN? Your Quick Start manual and Example Business Plan are in PDF format. How do I read PDF files? What is included with the hard copy software package of AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN? Why does the hard copy of AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN cost $15 more than the downloadable version? Is there
technical support available in case I need help with the software?
How do I know if the AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN software will work on my computer? Read our Technical
Requirement page to find out the minimum requirements your computer
must meet to effectively run our software as well as info for Mac users.
Is it safe to submit my credit card information online? Both the Order
and Download and Secure
Online Order Form are secure forms that use file encryption to prevent
third parties from being able to intercept your credit card information.
If you are still hesitant to use these options, we also provide the Printable
Order Form which you can print and mail with your check or fax with
your credit card information. Also, please feel free to call in your order

Once I download your software, how do I get it running on my computer?
After placing your order, you will be provided with a link to download AutoBPlan.zip. Save AutoBPlan.zip to a folder on your hard drive that
you will remember. Open that folder and double-click AutoBPlan.zip. WinZip or another zip utility will open the AutoBPlan.zip file. If you don't have a zip utility, you
can download an evaluation version of WinZip here. Extract the 3 files in AutoBPlan.zip to a folder on your hard drive that
you will remember. Open that folder and double-click AutoBPlan.exe which will begin the installation process. The Install-Shield Wizard will guide you through this process. If you
follow the prompts, accepting the defaults, AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN will be be installed and ready to run with its own icon on your desktop.
What is included with the downloadable version of AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN? The downloadable includes: The book, Anatomy
of a Business Plan, is not included in the downloadable. It
is available only in printed format and is included free with our hard
copy version. If you wish to order the book, you can purchase it from most
major bookstores or you can order it directly from us.
Your Quick Start manual and Example Business Plan are in PDF format. How do I read PDF files? PDF files can be read with the
Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or later. You may already have this program on
your computer but if you don't, you can download a free
copy of it here.
Install Acrobat Reader, start the application, open the file "Qsmanual.pdf"
and print your copy of the Quick Start Manual.
What is included with the hard copy software package of AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN? You will receive our software
program and our 60-page Quick Start manual on CD-ROM.
As a bonus

you will also receive a free

Why does the hard copy of AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN cost $15 more than the downloadable version? The extra $15 price reflects
the cost of the CD, software packaging, and order fulfillment.
I already own your Anatomy of a Business Plan book and would now like to order a hard copy of AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN. Do I still need to pay $95 and receive another copy of the book? If you have already purchased
our Anatomy of a Business Plan book, please let us know in
the "Comment" box of our Secure
Online Order Form when you fill it out. We will give you a $15
courtesy discount and send the AUTOMATE YOUR BUSINESS PLAN
CD (with the electronic version of the Quick Start Manual) but no book, for $80
instead of $95.
Is there technical support available in case I need help with the software? We have a technical support
number that you will find in your Quick Start Manual. We also supply
you with a telephone number that you can use if you have a business planning
question. Our goal is to help you in any way we can to write a business
